Using white, draw two lines (up &
down)...
notice how they don't touch the
bottom or the top of the paper.
Both lines are the same length.

With white, connect the tops and the
bottoms of your up and down lines. Notice how the connecting lines
curve down ever so slightly, like a little smile...
